Lottery winners can remain anonymous in New Jersey, under a law signed by Gov. Phil Murphy in 2020. New Jersey is one of 18 states where lottery winners can remain anonymous.

The sale cut-off time in New Jersey is 9:59 p.m. ET — one hour before the drawing — on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. In this case, the cut-off time for the drawing on Wednesday, July 12 would be 9:59 p.m. ET.
